Rod has over 30 years’ experience in developing and implementing business-building insights at the local, regional, national and global levels. He has led insights departments at Frito-Lay, Pepsi-Cola North America, and Coors Brewing. Rod also has significant supplier experience, with stints at IRI and Lieberman Research. Rod has an MBA from the Kellogg
School at Northwestern.
After earning an MBA from UC Berkeley, Pat managed all corn-based products at Frito-Lay before being lured away to become the founding CMO for Embassy Suites hotels. Eventually, she relocated from Dallas to Vermont and became the CMO of Bruegger’s Bagel Bakeries—driving units from 30 to 300. When the concept was sold, Pat joined us as a Partner.
After building a highly successful foundation in Brand Management of existing brands and new product initiatives, Scott co-founded Beacon Associates in 1981. Beacon has designed, executed and interpreted over 1000 major growth initiative projects for many of the leading consumer products companies as well as mid-caps, non-profits, and educational institutions. The Johnson School at Cornell is Scott's alma mater.
